Alfie all grown up

At 2 years old, Alfie has "matured" into a strong, powerful dog with striking good looks, who demands attention from everyone he meets. He is still a loving clown, with a puppy like character and playfulness, though he's not always sure why we're laughing and simply hates it if he doesn't "get" the joke, or if he thinks we're laughing at him instead of with him. 
Here are few "grown-up" photos of our gorgeous dalmatian puppy.

Alfie is a sun worshipper, lying in the sun at every opportunity (but only on soft grass, a blanket or a rug!) . He hates the rain and mud and anything that might get his coat dirty.... which pleases us...

He enjoys walks in the countryside, but loves going into towns and cities because of all the attention he gets! We have never owned a dog that draws attention like he does!

If you could liken his character to a celebrity, it would be that of 'Margo' in the 'Good Life'

We often interpret his looks and stares as follows:

  • "What ARE you doing?"

  • "but it's RAINING/COLD/MUDDY"

  • "...... I don't get it......"

  • "Play with ME"

  • "Talk to ME"

  • "That's settled then, we're going out"
